  17. I am trying to compile TeX on an SGI running IRIX 5.2 using the C compiler
  18. supplied from SGI and I am running into the 'wchar_t' problem.  I read the
  19. INSTALL file describing the cause of the problem, but the explanation about the
  20. fix leaves me with a number of questions.

  22. More specifically, I do not understand what to define and what not to define,
  23. so I can perform the compilation.  Could you please send me the actual lines I
  24. have to include in the header file so I can by-pass the conflict.
